7-day rice diet
In one week you can melt 3 kg.
You can make rice diet week every two months, more often.
500 g of boiled rice a day, best of steam. In rice add fish or lean meat, vegetables and fruits, nuts.
Mass of all additive (busi rice) is 200 g per day.
Between the main intake of food can be eaten fruit - 1/2 kg per day.
It is recommended to drink freshly squeezed juices - best of green apples, green tea without sugar, plain carbonated water.
